Dans ce rôle, basé dans la région de Charleroi, vous travaillez dans le département en charge des segments Energies Thermique, Hydraulique et Renouvelables, ainsi qu’en Transport d’Energie.   • Développement commercial: vous développez un relationnel de qualité avec les principaux clients de votre segment.   • Gestion d’équipe : ensemble avec le Department Manager, vous gérez une équipe d’une 10-aine de personnes, composée de chefs et d’ingénieurs de projet. Vous définissez le planning et les priorités des projets. Vous garantissez une collaboration optimale et contribuez au développement des compétences des membres de l’équipe ;
  • Pilotage des projets: vous guidez les membres de votre équipe à chaque étape du projet, de la phase d’études à la mise en service, en passant par l’installation. Vous veillez à ce que le résultat final réponde aux attentes du client, tout en respectant les prérogatives financières et le planning ;
  • Collaboration transversale : vous contribuez à une bonne communication avec les autres départements de l’entreprise, ainsi qu’au sein du groupe et veillez à un échange de connaissances et de compétences qui bénéficient à tous.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes ingénieur technique ou commercial de formation, ou équivalent par expérience ;
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience de plusieurs années dans le secteur de la production et distribution d’énergie ou dans le domaine industriel. Vous avez idéalement de l’expérience dans le domaine du contrôle commande en industrie ;
  • Vous êtes familier avec des projets à haute valeur ajoutée et d’une forte complexité technique ;
  • Vous faite preuve d’un esprit d’entrepreneur, avez une claire fibre commerciale que vous combinez avec une aisance communicationnelle et une saine dose d’assertivité;
  • Vous avez un excellent niveau de français et savez travaillez en anglais. Le néerlandais est un atout ;
  • Vous êtes ouvert à des déplacements professionnels ponctuels en Belgique et à l’étranger.

Maintenance Manager

Functiebeschrijving:

In deze rol stuurt u een department van een 65-tal medewerkers aan, waarvan 6 direct reports. De plant werkt 24/24, 7/7. Het telt 9 productielijnen en is vergevorderd inzake automatisering. Dit zijn uw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • People Management: U adviseert en ondersteunt uw direct report team, bestaande uit 4 ingenieurs, een planner en een technisch administratieve coördinator. U zorgt ervoor dat alle medewerkers op een meer kwalitatieve en proactieve manier werken. Opleidingen organiseren maken hiervan integraal deel uit. Uw doel is om iedereen mee te krijgen in eenzelfde visie en dynamiek ;
  • Preventief en Curatief Onderhoud: U beheert het onderhoud van alle installaties in productie om de geplande productiecapaciteit te garanderen. U volgt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op en distilleert hier nieuwe acties uit. U waakt over het onderhoudsplan. U ontwikkelt een langetermijnsvisie dankzij betere organisatie, technische verbeteringen en standaardisatie. Continous Improvement volgens de TPM methodologie is uw drijfveer;
  • Veiligheid: U ontwikkelt en optimaliseert het veiligheidsmanagement beleid en streeft naar maximale veiligheid. U organiseert de toolboxen, zorgt voor de sensibilisering en bent actief lid van de CPBW;
  • Investeringsprojecten: U waakt over de voortgang van de projecten zodat de doelstellingen tegen de vooropgestelde timing, budget en kwaliteit bereikt worden. U werkt hierbij nauw samen met Etex Engineering en met externe partners;
  • Budgetbeheer: U maakt het budget op en valideert het samen met de plant manager. U waakt over de CAPEX en OPEX. U beheert tevens het energiebudget van de fabriek;
  • Samenwerking: U rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de plant manager, werkt nauw samen met de productie-afdeling en met de continuous improvement manager, stuurt externe partners aan en staat ook in contact met Etex Engineering.

Uw profiel :

  • U bent ingenieur van opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;

Your core mission will be to take responsibility for the sales activities in the African market and offer the Desmet Ballestra technology to industrial clients in the field of oil processing, refining and modification. These will be your main responsibilities:

  • You build, develop and prospect the African market in line with global team targets;

As Project Manager, you are the key person within Total Benelux to develop greenfield and revamping projects on new and existing sites. You guide the projects from the early development phase until the start of the execution phase. These are your main responsibilities:

 

  • Together with the Development & Investment team, you define the projects that will be included in the portfolio;
  • You coordinate feasibility studies and validate the conceptual design and the budget taking into account the financial framework and the commercial purpose of the projects;
  • You manage the design and engineering phases of the project, according to the BATNEEC principle. You coordinate the engineering companies & architects;
  • Together with purchasing, you are in charge of the contract management of the external partners;
  • You centralize the process in terms of building and environmental permitting. You manage the environmental consultancy companies and follow-up on the contacts with the public authorities;

  • You validate the final designs of the engineering companies and ensure the hand-over to the field engineering team for the execution phase;
  • You follow-up on the budget even after the project completion and follow-up on the launch of the commercial activities of the stations to gain more know-how for future projects;
  • You have a very transversal and transnational role within Total and work with several departments of the 3 Benelux countries.

Your profile:

  • You have an Engineering degree in Construction or an Architectural degree;
  • You have proven experience in project management and in developing construction projects, preferably in a retail environment (shops, banks, supermarkets…);
  • You are an excellent communicator and are perfectly at ease in working transversally with several internal departments and external partners;
  • You are assertive, analytical and solution-oriented;
  • You are able to work in Dutch and preferably also in French. You are also in good command of English;
  • You are flexible to travel within Benelux and to Paris for short business trips.

April 2020 the STIB site of Haren will open 6 brand-new workshops dedicated to the maintenance, continuous improvement and troubleshooting of trams and buses. As Workshop Manager, you will manage a team of 70 technicians and 3 supervisors. This team is dedicated to the maintenance of key components on trams (bogies) and to the long-term maintenance on engine parts and the bodywork of buses. These are your main responsibilities:

  • You manage all the personnel of the workshop and are in charge of the competence management of your technicians. You coach and coordinate the work of your 3 supervisors ;
  • You coordinate, develop and improve the programs related to predictive and preventive maintenance, based on the schedules of the STIB business units and of the suppliers ;
  • You also ensure corrective maintenance with respect for deadlines, quality and costs;
  • You guarantee ideal working conditions and ensure a constructive relationship and an open dialogue with the staff representatives. This way, social peace is maintained within your unit;
  • You work in close collaboration with the other Workshop Managers, to ensure optimal transversal teamwork and knowledge-sharing;
  • Continuous improvement: you strive to improve the work processes of your workshop, bearing in mind the LEAN 5S philosophy;
  • You coordinate the local stock and the logistic flow;
  • You ensure smooth communication with the internal clients and with the support teams.

Your profile :

  • You have a higher technical degree (or equivalent by experience) in mechanics, electromechanics or electricity;
  • You have several years of experience in a management role for large teams of technicians;
  • You built this experience in a technical environment related to Operations & Maintenance;
  • Prior experience in collaborating with work unions and staff representatives is a plus;
  • You have solid people management skills: you are always open and fair towards your employees. At the same time, you are a decision-taker and are assertive;
  • You combine an excellent helicopter view with good analytical skills. You know how to prioritize;
  • You are fluent in French or Flemish. Depending on which language you master, you ideally have operational knowledge of the other and are in any case keen on improving it.

Au sein de la STIB, le département « Signalisation » a la responsabilité centrale au sein de l’organisation pour coordonner et mener à bien plusieurs projets de très grande envergure, pour l’automatisation complète du réseau-métro à Bruxelles. Ces projets se dérouleront en plusieurs phases et s’étaleront sur les prochaines décennies. À ce jour, ils représentent un budget de 90M d’euros. Ce budget s’inscrit dans un programme total de 1 milliard d’euros.

Votre mission sera d’assurer la gestion quotidienne de projets, depuis la phase de pré-étude jusqu’à la phase de transfert vers le service de Maintenance, dans le respect des délais fixés ainsi que des contraintes techniques et budgétaires afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins des clients internes et externes.

Vous devrez vous assurer qu’un ou plusieurs référents techniques soient identifiés, afin que la connaissance technique liée au projet soit acquise et de garantir les évolutions futures du système tout au long de son cycle de vie.

Pour ce faire, vous serez chargé de :

  • Réaliser une pré-analyse du projet et l’analyse des risques liés au projet; identifier les prestataires, interlocuteurs et experts ; définir le Project Charter et réaliser le Kick Off meeting ;
  • Mener les tâches d’études, de rédaction des cahiers de charges, gérer les phases d’offres et de commande ;
  • Superviser l’exécution, coordonner et veiller au respect des prescriptions du cahier des charges, des plannings et budgets ;
  • Coordonner et superviser les phases de développements et de réalisation du projet, assurer la mise en œuvre des objectifs du projet, organiser les étapes de tests et de mise en services; réaliser les étapes liées à la formation, à la documentation et à la clôture du projet.
  • Gérer l’équipe dédicacée au projet : coordination des actions et de la collaboration entre les membres de l’équipe, les différentes parties prenantes STIB et les autres intervenants et les sociétés sous-traitantes.

Votre profil :

  • Vous avez un Master d’Ingénieur en électromécanique, automatisation, électronique ou électricité;
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d’expérience concrète en management de projets complexes, de type industriel, par exemple selon les méthodologies PMBok et Prince2 ;
  • Vous avez de l’expérience dans un des domaines suivants : infrastructure ferroviaire, énergie, télécom, industrie, aéronautique, automobile… ;
  • Une expérience préalable en signalisation ferroviaire (CBTC, ERTMS, ETCS) est bien sûr un sérieux atout ;
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et avez de bonnes bases en anglais ;
  • Vous vous retrouvez dans : Sens de l’organisation et gestion des priorités, pro-activité, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, sens de la communication, autonomie, orientation résultat (problem solver), ouverture au changement, esprit d’équipe.

Jouw profiel :

  • Je hebt een hogere opleiding gevolgd in Bouw of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;

Je bent vrij om te werken vanuit volgende locaties: Lokeren, Wijgmaal of Izegem. Binnen jouw team van 5 personen werk je samen met jouw collega’s aan het oplossen van vraagstukken op het vlak van milieumanagement. Dit houdt in dat je :

  • Als externe milieucoördinator projecten voor bedrijven in Vlaanderen beheert;
  • Het milieuluik van omgevingsvergunningsaanvragen voor bedrijven of organisaties uitvoert;
  • Ook werkt op EDDAs (Environmental Due Diligence audits) en/of ESG (Environmental, Sustainable, Governance audits);
  • Bijdraagt tot het verder uitbouwen en ontwikkelen van projecten inzake watermanagement en waterstudies, energieaudits, circulaire economie, duurzaamheid en klimaatverandering;

Jouw profiel :

  • Je hebt hogere studies afgewerkt in een milieurichting, natuurwetenschappen of bio-engineering;
  • Je beschikt over het certificaat Milieucoördinator A of je bent Milieucoördinator B en je bent gedreven om Milieucoördinator A te worden;
  • Je hebt reeds een aantal jaren ervaring binnen milieumanagement en bent vertrouwd met de taken van externe milieucoördinator en bent ook ervaren in milieuvergunningen;
  • Bijkomende ervaring in projecten zoals waterstudies of energieaudits is een troef;
  • Je hebt oog voor integrale milieu aspecten en de impact ervan op de bedrijfsvoering;

For major (10+ M€) infrastructure projects in terms of buildings and railways -for example the construction of a new workshop for electric buses or a new tram line- the PMO team is developing clear standards and a well-defined transversal methodology among all disciplines involved: building, energy, signaling and railways. As Manager of the PMO team, your responsibilities include:

  • You contribute to the strategy development of the Project department and to its action plans for the upcoming years;
  • In a transversal perspective you coordinate the further implementation of standardization, in terms of communication & team work, methodology and software tools;
  • You manage the day-to-day operations of your team: coaching of your team members, development of new software tools, guidance, implementation and follow-up of new best practices, definition of KPI’s…
  • You constantly strive to improve collaboration with all the technical teams within the Infrastructure division. You also represent your team with external stakeholders;
  • For every project, your team defines the framework to find optimal solutions in terms of technicity, budget and planning. A good collaboration between the PMO Engineers and the Project Managers is key.

Your profile :

  • You have an Engineering degree in one of following fields: electromechanics, civil engineering, electricity & automation;
  • You have a clear experience in developing standardization procedures and PM methodologies, ideally for an engineering company or a PMO department;
  • You have built this expertise in one or several of these fields: buildings, energy, railways;
  • These are you main qualities: talent for coaching and decision-taking, eye for cross-departmental collaboration and multi-stakeholder communication, a knack for process improvement and standardization, focus on tangible results;
  • On a technical level, you are more a generalist rather than a specialist;
  • Knowledge of BIM or railway techniques is a plus;
  • French and Flemish: you are fluent in at least one of these 2 languages and preferably have good bases in the other.

Within Global Operations, your mission is to manage, for the Group, the project’s expediting and quality department, in relation with the supply of all components of SPGDC products: steel structures, ducting, piping, static & rotating mechanical equipment and E&I. You interface with different departments of the Company such as engineering, project managers, supply chain, sales, as well as with suppliers and clients.

  • Organization and Schedule
    • Scheduling team assignments, allocate resources, define priorities;
    • Appoint/Schedule 3rd party Expeditors/Inspectors as per project needs;
    • Organize proper recording and remedy of Non Conformity Reports and Concession Requests.
  • Expediting and Progress Reporting
    • Ensure timely and complete delivery of the ordered components;
    • Organize, coordinate and ensure successful client and third party inspection at SPGDC supplier workshop;
    • Ensure timely collection of fabrication documentation including shipping documents;
    • Organize and ensure fabrication progress reporting, progress tracking of suppliers;
    • Identify proactively progress deviations and enforce remedial actions with supplier.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure issuance of the Quality Control Plan for the components of the projects to meet the project contractual specifications and requirements;
    • Organize the review of the vendors Inspection and Tests plan, welding and fabrication procedure, certifications;
    • Deal with fabrication quality issue to meet project specifications;
    • Provide technical expertise in complex case, whether at sales, engineering project management or supply chain request;
    • Ensure collection and preparation of Final quality dossier.
  • Develop the SPX DC Expediting & Quality Control Team
    • Recruit as needed by project and geographical needs;
    • Evaluate employee/team member performance through review of objectives and Identify staff development and training needs;
    • Lead and motivate your team.
  • Quality Systems Management
    • Manage the Group QSM;
    • Manage ISO (or other) audit, whether from certification parties or from client;
    • Manage, with the construction manager, site specific quality and HSE conformities.

Your profile :

  • Engineering degree or equivalent by experience in the metallurgy, mechanical, construction industry. Welding engineer (IWE), or Welding Technologist (IWT) is an asset;
  • Experience in an international industrial environment, preferably for EPC projects;
  • Proven experience in leading a team;
  • Seasoned in quality documentation such as Inspection Test Plans (ITP), welding book, material certificates, material test report, traceability, NDE procedure and report;
  • Familiar with steel structure, ducting and piping works, rotating equipment;
  • Familiar with design codes and fabrication norms (ASME, ISO and EN);
  • At ease with fabrication process such as cutting, rolling, drilling, welding, cleaning…;
  • Experience in QMS management and/or ISO9001 certification;
  • Strong ability to liaise effectively with and build bridges between departments
  • Open for short international trips (15-20% of the time).

Site Manager in Civil Works

Job content:

You will be a key member of the largest civil works project of STIB: the construction of the new metro line 3. Around Midi station, underground works for a total of 175M€ will be realized as from early 2020. As Site Manager, you will coordinate and manage the general contractors on site, keeping in mind following 3 fundamental elements: quality, time and costs:

  • On a daily basis, you monitor the works that are being performed by the contractors. You are supported by your Site Supervisors;
  • You take the lead during site meetings and accordingly manage the state of progress of the works;
  • You also coordinate the communication with following stakeholders: the city of Brussels, public utility companies (Elia, Sibelga, Vivaqua) and other technical departments within STIB;
  • You manage the on-site works in terms of planning and finance;
  • You guarantee a thorough follow-up of all technical documentation;
  • You analyse the requests of the contractors and discuss possible extra works with them;
  • For future projects: you are involved in the preparation of the call for tenders and in the technical follow-up of the offers.

Your profile :

  • You have a higher technical degree in Construction/Civil Works;
  • You have several years of on-site experience for civil works projects;
  • Consequently, you are familiar with public project procedures;
  • You have excellent organizational skills;
  • You have solid communicational skills and are at ease in a multi-stakeholder environment;
  • You are proactive, autonomous and solution-minded;
  • French and Flemish: you are fluent in at least one of these 2 languages and preferably have good bases in the other.
