In this role, you manage the Sales team (4 people) and the Technical Service department (15 people) of one of the largest divisions of the company. In Belgium, this division has a yearly turnover of 170M€.  You directly report to the CEO of the Belgian branch and are a member of the national Executive Committee. This is the scope of your role:

Sales leadership, Strategy & Client relationship management

  • You develop and execute comprehensive and innovative sales strategies to achieve the division’s goals and to position the company as a leader in the market.
  • You lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure performance objectives are met. You conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • You act as the primary point of contact for major accounts. You understand their requirements, resolve their issues, and address their needs with your team. Thus, you ensure a positive customer experience and build/maintain strong relationships on the long run.

Technical Service management

  • You steer the Technical Service Manager (N-1) in designing a technical support strategy and necessary resources to achieve seamless customer experience.
  • You create a pool of expertise beyond the product lines, recognized internally and externally to promote the exchange of know-how, thus creating a dynamic of product/service innovation.
  • You foster alignment and collaboration between the sales and technical teams by developing a common strategic vision for the main missions: quality management/control, product management, technical customer support, promotion, technical lobbying.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication

  • You participate in all the necessary measures to obtain a “zero accident” work environment, in collaboration with the HSE advisors and senior management.

The Operations Engineer supervises and monitors the operational performances of the wind farms. He strives for zero lost time incidents (LTI’s), maximizes profits over the entire lifetime of the wind farms and optimizes the O&M activities to get best availabilities in high revenue periods.   • You control & monitor the operational assets via dispatching in the control room at the HQ.

Vous faites partie d’une équipe multidisciplinaire et êtes responsable, en collaboration avec le Responsable Engineering et le Chef de Projet, des activités suivantes en électricité, instrumentation et contrôle–commande (E&IC) :

Engineering :

  • Conception et réalisation de documents d’études générales E&IC pour les différents systèmes/circuits : puissance BT/MT, courant continu & UPS, coffrets contrôle–commande & RIO., etc. ;
  • Conception, dimensionnement et spécification des équipements E&IC tels que : alternateurs de groupes électrogènes, transformateurs de puissance, cellules MT, onduleurs/batteries… ;
  • Sous la gestion des ingénieurs mécaniciens, participation à l’élaboration des P&ID’s et des descriptions fonctionnelles associées ;
  • Définition des impositions E&IC pour la partie électromécanique du projet ;
  • Conception et dimensionnement des réseaux de mise à la terre et dimensionnement des courants de court–circuit ;
  • Définition, dimensionnement et spécification des câbles, protections et cheminements suivant les normes en vigueur ;
  • Guidage et supervision des dessinateurs pour la réalisation des plans ;

Montage et mise en service :

  • Rédaction des manuels de montage E&IC et de mise en service ;
  • Support de 1ère ligne pour les superviseurs de chantier pour la partie E&IC avec, lorsque nécessaire, missions ponctuelles sur site ;
  • Gestion de la documentation as–built (partie E&IC).

Appel d’offres :

  • Analyse des cahiers de charge d’appels d’offre des clients d’IMM et réalisation des offres technico–commerciales pour le scope E&IC des projets IMM.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes ingénieur civil ou industriel en électricité/électromécanique ;
  • Vous avez de l’expérience dans la conception et la réalisation de projets industriels, de préférence de type clé en main/EPC, dans un bureau d’études ou chez un intégrateur ;
  • Vous avez soit un profil orienté I&C et BT, soit un profil orienté MT/HT. Dans les 2 cas, vous souhaitez développer une approche généraliste en E&IC ;
  • Vous avez un esprit autonome, entreprenant et créatif ;

En relation directe avec le management et avec les techniciens, vous gérez l’ensemble des projets et rapportez directement au directeur général. Vous êtes responsable du chiffrage et de la gestion technique et financière des projets, tout en actant comme référent technique auprès des clients et des opérateurs.

Les domaines d’activité principaux sont :

  • Projets d’usinage regroupant plusieurs postes de travail au sein de la société : aléseuses-fraiseuses, rectifieuses, tours verticaux, centre usinage 5 axes ;

  • Une connaissance en programmation (Mastercam) est un vrai plus ;

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall execution of our industrial projects worldwide, with a focus on EMEA. Our projects, varying in size between 200k to 40 million €, involve engineering, manufacturing, supply, supervision of the installation & commissioning of the plant, and in some cases include turnkey site works:

  • You are the central contact point between the client and all the internal departments involved in our HQ and within our group affiliates worldwide, as well as external vendors and subcontractors.

  • Excellent communication skills in an international, multicultural and multidisciplinary environment is expected.
  • You are a self-starter and have a proactive mindset. You enjoy working in a project environment where you receive autonomy and where you deal with many internal and external stakeholders.
  • You manage to keep at all times a helicopter view of the projects you are working on. You have excellent organizational skills and are able to prioritize and work according to concrete project milestones.
  • You are fluent in English. Any other language is an asset, knowledge of Russian in particular.
  • You are open for occasional short travels abroad (10% of the time).
