Descriptif de fonction

Dans ce rôle, vous faites partie d’une équipe commerciale expérimentée qui, en Wallonie et à Bruxelles, développe des partenariats avec différents acteurs du secteur électrique, en vue de projets de toute envergure. Vous êtes la personne de référence pour votre gamme de produits, qui touche aux solutions énergétiques. Vos responsabilités sont les suivantes :

D’une part, vous entretenez et renforcez les relations avec les partenaires existants. D’autre part, vous développez également de nouveaux partenariats commerciaux. Vos clients sont des sociétés de toute taille, allant de petites entreprises locales jusqu’aux entrepreneurs de classe 8 actifs dans toute votre région ;
Grâce à vos visites régulières à vos clients, vous identifiez de nouveaux projets potentiels, présentez votre gamme de produits de façon pertinente et accompagniez vos clients lors du processus d’achat, en vue de l’exécution de ces projets. Plus vous gagnez en expérience, plus vous convainquez vos clients de la valeur ajoutée de vos produits et solutions intégrales ;
Dans une philosophie de collaboration transverse, vous travaillez étroitement avec vos collègues commerciaux, qui représentent d’autres produits et sont en contact avec d’autres acteurs du secteur électrique ;
Vous collaborez également avec vos collègues du service technique : de vrais experts produits sur qui vous pouvez compter pour résoudre les questions techniques de vos clients. De la sorte, vous assurez un excellent suivi des projets en cours, de la phase de lancement jusqu’à la livraison des produits ;
Vous animez et participez régulièrement à des évènements (extra-)professionnels qui vous permettent de réunir clients et prospects dans une ambiance conviviale et détendue ;
Vous restez au courant des nouvelles tendances dans votre secteur et traduisez ce savoir en solutions pratiques pour vos clients. Ainsi, vous explorez de nouvelles possibilités du marché et élargissez votre gamme de produits de façon stratégique.

Votre profil

Vous avez de préférence un diplôme supérieur à orientation commerciale ou technique ;
Vous avez plusieurs années d’expérience dans un rôle (technico-)commercial dans un secteur lié à des produits & solutions électriques, énergétiques et/ou électromécaniques ;
Vous vous sentez épanoui·e dans un rôle commercial qui vise si bien à renforcer des partenariats existants qu’à développer de nouveaux comptes ;
Vous accordez beaucoup d’importance à établir un relationnel de confiance avec vos clients, au travers d’un suivi personnalisé ;
De ce fait, vous êtes flexible pour rendre visite quotidiennement à vos clients à travers la Wallonie et Bruxelles. Vous combinez cela avec du télétravail et au moins un jour par semaine au siège de la société ;
Vous avez une démarche proactive, communiquez ouvertement et avez une approche collaborative, si bien avec vos collègues qu’avec les clients et partenaires externes ;
Vous parlez couramment français.

Job content

You are a member of Technology, Design & Improvement (TDI), the center of excellence of Desmet dedicated to the continuous evaluation & optimization of the proprietary equipment and processes from a technological and regulatory point of view. In your role you contribute to the improvement of process technology related to the extraction of edible oils:

You review, update and maintain all the technical documents and digital tools used by the project managers and process engineers for future projects related to extraction processes. This includes, among others, standard P&IDs, engineering calculation tools, erection checklists, commissioning guidelines and technical sheets for the design of standard proprietary equipment, such as heat exchangers, desolventizers, conveyors, pressure vessels and rotary valves.
You perform the same tasks for documents and tools for the commercial team: you develop and improve quotation tools, as well as sizing, equipment selection & costing tools.
You train your colleagues from sales, project management & process engineering in the use of standard documents & tools and in modifications for specific projects.
You provide technical support for your colleagues of the TDI department. This support is related to following fields: code & compliance, mechanical design, equipment production, piping & instrumentation, 2D & 3D layouts.
You liaise with third parties: you contact equipment suppliers for the analysis of their offers, you consult experts for specific technical advice, you visit workshops to gather feedback on manufacturing, you inspect clients’ process plants to identify areas of improvement.
You are a member of the Extraction Steering Committee, thus actively contributing to the definition of new action plans and objectives to achieve.

Your profile

You hold a master’s degree in one of following engineering fields: chemistry, mechanics, process or bio.
You have experience in process equipment design and/or process operations. You have a generalist profile, in areas such as thermodynamics, heat & mass balance, fluid dynamics and process control & instrumentation.
You are genuinely motivated by the permanent improvement of process engineering practices and aim for excellency in your technical field.
Detailed engineering is of great interest to you. You enjoy working in a thorough, analytical and accurate way.
You are familiar with P&IDs, process safety and process standards & codes.
You are used to work in a collaborative way, both with internal and external stakeholders.
You can fluently work in English.
You are open to occasional traveling (1 or 2 times a year) to other Desmet offices, workshops and clients process plants.

Functiebeschrijving

Binnen een team van 10 collega’s werk je van A tot Z op verschillende projecten voor industriële klanten, met de nadruk op de voedingsindustrie, logistiek en waste-to-energy. Jouw technische actieradius omvat industriële ventilatie, verwarming en koeling. Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Engineering: je staat in voor haalbaarheidsstudies, voorontwerp en detailed engineering waarbij reststromen uit verschillende installaties en processen worden gecombineerd tot één geoptimaliseerde, geïntegreerde totaalinstallatie. Hiervoor stel je volgende documenten op: doordachte PI&D schema’s, technische beschrijvingen, BOM/BOQ’s, debiet- & vermogensberekeningen en componentselecties (luchtgroepen, koelmachines, warmtepompen, warmterecuperatie…)
Uitvoering: eens het project in bouwfase gaat, volg je de werf op en blijf je het technische aanspreekpunt voor klant en aannemer. Bij de opstartfase (commissioning) van de HVAC-installaties, voer je de nodige controles en testen
Projectbeheer: in ondersteuning van de projectmanagers draag je bij tot het goede beheer van de projecten, op vlak van planning, kwaliteit, budget en rentabiliteit.
Teamwerk: je werkt nauw samen op jouw projecten met andere Project Engineers HVAC, BIM-modelleurs, collega’s van andere disciplines en met de overkoepelende projectmanagers.
Technische expertise: binnen BM Engineering groei je gaandeweg uit tot een van de referentiepersonen in industriële HVAC. Hierdoor verstrek je deskundig advies aan zowel interne als externe stakeholders. Dit kan ook gepaard gaan met het geven van opleidingen.
Permanente verbetering: je draagt actief bij tot de verbetering van de organisatorische processen bij BM Engineering. Je zorgt er ook voor dat het bedrijf mee is met de laatste technologische trends en nieuwe regelgevingen en normeringen.
Rapportering: je rapporteert aan de afdelingsverantwoordelijke voor industriële technieken.

Jouw profiel

Je hebt een hoger diploma in elektromechanica, energie, HVAC/klimaattechniek of gelijkaardig.
Je hebt concrete ervaring in industriële projecten, in één of meerdere van volgende disciplines: ventilatie, verwarming, koeling en sprinklersystemen.
Je hebt deze ervaring opgebouwd bij een aannemer, intern op een industriële site of voor een studiebureau, waarbij je projecten van begin tot einde uitwerkt en opvolgt.
Je bent vertrouwd met softwarepakketten om berekeningen uit te voeren voor luchtdebieten, kanaaldimensies, drukverliezen, koel- en warmtebelastingen, energiebalansen en/of pinch-analyses.
Je hebt ook kennis van wetgeving rond ventilatie, koeling, luchtkwaliteit en energieprestatie.
Je bent oplossingsgericht, positief ingesteld en zeer leergierig. Je voelt je thuis in een KMO-structuur met een (h)echte en ondernemende teamgeest.
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.

Beauvent is een West-Vlaamse hernieuwbare energiecoöperatie. Met 13 enthousiaste medewerkers maken wij elke dag actief werk van de energietransitie. De voorbije jaren realiseerden we zo al meer dan 200 zonne-installaties, 5 windturbines, 6 warmtecentrales en 1 warmtenet. En samen met 9000 burgers haalden we hiervoor meer dan 18 miljoen euro op!

Functiebeschrijving

Met je collega’s van ‘Team Warmte’ sta je in voor het onderhoud van onze warmte-installaties. Dat zijn 6 warmtekrachtkoppeling installaties (WKK’s) en een aantal industriële warmtepompen en (stoom)ketels, hoofdzakelijk bij klanten in West-Vlaanderen. Dankzij je collega’s en jou draaien die installaties optimaal en worden zo onze klanten continu van duurzame energie voorzien:

Je voert eerstelijns onderhoudstaken uit en bent een krak in het zelfstandig en gestructureerd zoeken en oplossen van eenvoudige storingen. Complexere storingen kun je ‘kortsluiten’ met onderaannemers die je aanstuurt en opvolgt.
Je plant zelfstandig onderhoudsbeurten in en volgt die werken nauwkeurig op.
Hierbij voer je gevarieerde taken uit op elektromechanisch vlak: bougies vervangen, oliestalen nemen, filters vervangen, elektrische fouten zoeken, meet- en regelapparatuur herstellen en/of vervangen…
Je staat in voor de organisatie, planning, opvolging en rapportering van je interventies.
Je stemt regelmatig af met je collega’s om praktijkervaring uit te wisselen.
Je draagt actief en constructief bij tot een vlotte en leuke werking van het “Team Warmte’.
Je maakt samen met je collega’s deel uit van een pool voor wachtdiensten (24/7), 1 keer per maand.

Jouw profiel

Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting behaald –(elektro)mechanica, energiemanagement, elektriciteit- of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring in onderhoud van industriële installaties. Gretige juniorprofielen komen zeker ook in aanmerking!
Je hebt een goede basis in industriële elektrische installaties.
Ervaring met onderhoud aan (grote) motoren, stoomketels of grote energie-installaties is een pluspunt.
Je hebt interesse in hernieuwbare energie en duurzaam ondernemen.
Je bent een enthousiaste kracht die zowel zelfstandig als in team het verschil maakt. Je neemt graag initiatief, pakt de zaken met beide handen aan en werkt stipt en nauwkeurig.
Je levert uitstekende bediening aan de klanten en bouwt zo aan een vertrouwensband met hen: op jou kunnen ze rekenen!

Descriptif de fonction

Vous faites partie d’une équipe multidisciplinaire et êtes responsable, en collaboration avec les chefs de projet, les ingénieurs E&I/C et les dessinateurs, des procédés et équipements électromécaniques des projets :

Engineering :

Conception, dimensionnement et spécification des installations/équipements électromécaniques tels que : groupes électrogènes, modules de pompes, séparateurs, cuves, échangeurs de chaleur/aéroréfrigérants/chaudières, cheminées, compresseurs, silencieux, filtres, système de protection/détection incendie ;
Conception des P&IDs et supervision des dessinateurs pour leur réalisation en AutoCAD P&ID pour les différents fluides : combustibles, huile de lubrification, eau de refroidissement, air comprimé, air admission/échappement, ventilation/HVAC, incendie, effluents ;
Définition, dimensionnement et spécification de l’instrumentation et des gaines/tuyauteries/tubing et accessoires associés : vannes, clapets, soupapes, filtres, compensateurs ;
Guidage et supervision des dessinateurs/sous–traitants pour la réalisation des plans mécaniques et de gaines/tuyauteries/tubing, en AutoCAD Plant3D ;
Collaboration étroite avec vos collègues en charge du volet E&IC des projets ;
Consolidation des dossiers constructeurs à remettre au client final.

Demandes de prix, analyses comparatives technico-commerciales, négociations et passations des commandes et suivi des fournisseurs de A à Z.

Montage et mise en service :

Rédaction des manuels de montage mécanique et de mise en service ;
Support de 1^e ligne à distance pour les superviseurs de montage mécanique avec, lorsque nécessaire, des missions ponctuelles sur site ;
Gestion de la documentation as–built.

Appel d’offres :

Analyse des cahiers de charge d’appels d’offre des clients d’IMM et réalisation des offres technico–commerciales pour le volet électromécanique des projets.
