Descriptif de fonction
Dans ce rôle, vous êtes responsable de la gestion complète de projets, de A à Z, depuis la conception jusqu’à la fin des travaux sur site. Le budget par projet varie de 15 à 50 millions d’euros :
- Vous gérez la partie commerciale de vos projets : à chaque étape, vous êtes le point focal des clients, qui sont si bien des acteurs publics que des entreprises privées ;
- Par conséquent, vous êtes en charge des négociations contractuelles avec les clients. Vous veillez à défendre les intérêts d’IMM, tout en développant un relationnel de confiance avec vos clients, en vue de projets futurs.
- Vous mettez en place vos projets, dont vous portez la responsabilité budgétaire, technique et organisationnelle ;
- En phase d’études, vous coordonnez le travail des ingénieurs de projet et des dessinateurs. Vous supervisez également les appels d’offres auprès des différents fournisseurs et sous-traitants ;
- Vous assurez le bon suivi des achats et de la logistique, qui sont gérés par vos collègues directs ;
- Lors de la phase de réalisation des projets, vous assurez le suivi opérationnel, de concert avec les équipes locales et ce, jusqu’à la mise en service de la centrale ;
- Vous jouez un rôle actif dans l’amélioration continue des processus internes, afin d’augmenter la qualité des projets délivrés.
Votre profil
- Vous avez un diplôme d’ingénieur en (électro)mécanique, en énergie ou en électricité ;
- Vous avez une expérience démontrée en gestion multi-projets, de préférence dans le secteur énergétique ou en environnement industriel. Toute expérience internationale est un atout ;
- Vous avez un état d’esprit entreprenant et avez un bon sens commercial ;
- Vous êtes capable de gérer le budget et le planning de vos projets ;
- Vous avez des compétences fédératrices et fonctionnez comme véritable moteur de vos projets ;
- Vous appréciez une structure de type PME ;
- Vous parlez couramment français et êtes capable de travailler en anglais ;
- Vous êtes ouvert aux voyage occasionnels (moins de 10% du temps) et de courte durée, à différents stades des projets.

Engineering :
- Conception, dimensionnement et spécification des installations/équipements électromécaniques tels que : groupes électrogènes, modules de pompes, séparateurs, cuves, échangeurs de chaleur/aéroréfrigérants/chaudières, cheminées, compresseurs, silencieux, filtres, système de protection/détection incendie ;
- Conception des P&IDs et supervision des dessinateurs pour leur réalisation en AutoCAD P&ID pour les différents fluides : combustibles, huile de lubrification, eau de refroidissement, air comprimé, air admission/échappement, ventilation/HVAC, incendie, effluents ;

Votre profil
- Vous êtes ingénieur civil ou industriel en (électro)mécanique/procédés industriels ;
- Vous avez de l’expérience dans la conception et la réalisation de projets industriels, de préférence de type clé en main/EPC, dans un bureau d’études ou chez un intégrateur ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance pratique des P&IDs et des équipements industriels électromécaniques. Idéalement, vous avez également de l’expérience en gaines/tuyauteries/tubing ;
- De l’expérience en projets internationaux est un sérieux atout ;

In deze rol bent u verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van de productiesite, waar zowel nieuwe als circulaire bouwmaterialen gemaakt worden:
Commercieel & financieel management
- U definieert de commerciële strategie van de site, zowel voor de inkoop van grondstoffen als de verkoop van de afgewerkte producten.
- In dat opzicht onderhoudt en ontwikkelt u het bestaande klantenportefeuille en sluit u nieuwe commerciële partnerschappen af.
- U beheert het complete verkoopproces en onderhoudt uw marktkennis om zo toekomstige commerciële kansen te benutten.
- U werkt nauw samen met salesteams van andere productiesites en afdelingen van het bedrijf, om cross-selling te stimuleren.

You are a member of Technology, Design & Improvement (TDI), the center of excellence of Desmet dedicated to the continuous evaluation & optimization of the proprietary equipment and processes from a technological and regulatory point of view. In your role you contribute to the improvement of process technology related to the extraction of edible oils:
- You review, update and maintain all the technical documents and digital tools used by the project managers and process engineers for future projects related to extraction processes. This includes, among others, standard P&IDs, engineering calculation tools, erection checklists, commissioning guidelines and technical sheets for the design of standard proprietary equipment, such as heat exchangers, desolventizers, conveyors, pressure vessels and rotary valves.
- You perform the same tasks for documents and tools for the commercial team: you develop and improve quotation tools, as well as sizing, equipment selection & costing tools.
- You train your colleagues from sales, project management & process engineering in the use of standard documents & tools and in modifications for specific projects.

Binnen een team van 10 collega’s werk je van A tot Z op verschillende projecten voor industriële klanten, met de nadruk op de voedingsindustrie, logistiek en waste-to-energy. Jouw technische actieradius omvat industriële ventilatie, verwarming en koeling. Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Engineering: je staat in voor haalbaarheidsstudies, voorontwerp en detailed engineering waarbij reststromen uit verschillende installaties en processen worden gecombineerd tot één geoptimaliseerde, geïntegreerde totaalinstallatie. Hiervoor stel je volgende documenten op: doordachte PI&D schema’s, technische beschrijvingen, BOM/BOQ’s, debiet- & vermogensberekeningen en componentselecties (luchtgroepen, koelmachines, warmtepompen, warmterecuperatie…)
- Uitvoering: eens het project in bouwfase gaat, volg je de werf op en blijf je het technische aanspreekpunt voor klant en aannemer. Bij de opstartfase (commissioning) van de HVAC-installaties, voer je de nodige controles en testen
- Projectbeheer: in ondersteuning van de projectmanagers draag je bij tot het goede beheer van de projecten, op vlak van planning, kwaliteit, budget en rentabiliteit.
- Teamwerk: je werkt nauw samen op jouw projecten met andere Project Engineers HVAC, BIM-modelleurs, collega’s van andere disciplines en met de overkoepelende projectmanagers.
- Technische expertise: binnen BM Engineering groei je gaandeweg uit tot een van de referentiepersonen in industriële HVAC. Hierdoor verstrek je deskundig advies aan zowel interne als externe stakeholders. Dit kan ook gepaard gaan met het geven van opleidingen.

Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een hoger diploma in elektromechanica, energie, HVAC/klimaattechniek of gelijkaardig.
- Je hebt concrete ervaring in industriële projecten, in één of meerdere van volgende disciplines: ventilatie, verwarming, koeling en sprinklersystemen.
- Je hebt deze ervaring opgebouwd bij een aannemer, intern op een industriële site of voor een studiebureau, waarbij je projecten van begin tot einde uitwerkt en opvolgt.

Beauvent is een West-Vlaamse hernieuwbare energiecoöperatie. Met 13 enthousiaste medewerkers maken wij elke dag actief werk van de energietransitie. De voorbije jaren realiseerden we zo al meer dan 200 zonne-installaties, 5 windturbines, 6 warmtecentrales en 1 warmtenet. En samen met 9000 burgers haalden we hiervoor meer dan 18 miljoen euro op!
We groeien sterk in projecten, medewerkers en coöperanten. Om die groei op te vangen, kijken we uit naar versterking van ons team. Beauvent rekent daarom op Graphene in de zoektocht naar een nieuwe:

Functiebeschrijving
Met je collega’s van ‘Team Warmte’ sta je in voor het onderhoud van onze warmte-installaties. Dat zijn 6 warmtekrachtkoppeling installaties (WKK’s) en een aantal industriële warmtepompen en (stoom)ketels, hoofdzakelijk bij klanten in West-Vlaanderen. Dankzij je collega’s en jou draaien die installaties optimaal en worden zo onze klanten continu van duurzame energie voorzien:
- Je voert eerstelijns onderhoudstaken uit en bent een krak in het zelfstandig en gestructureerd zoeken en oplossen van eenvoudige storingen. Complexere storingen kun je ‘kortsluiten’ met onderaannemers die je aanstuurt en opvolgt.
- Je plant zelfstandig onderhoudsbeurten in en volgt die werken nauwkeurig op.
- Hierbij voer je gevarieerde taken uit op elektromechanisch vlak: bougies vervangen, oliestalen nemen, filters vervangen, elektrische fouten zoeken, meet- en regelapparatuur herstellen en/of vervangen…
- Je staat in voor de organisatie, planning, opvolging en rapportering van je interventies.
- Je stemt regelmatig af met je collega’s om praktijkervaring uit te wisselen.
- Je draagt actief en constructief bij tot een vlotte en leuke werking van het “Team Warmte’.
- Je maakt samen met je collega’s deel uit van een pool voor wachtdiensten (24/7), 1 keer per maand.
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting behaald –(elektro)mechanica, energiemanagement, elektriciteit- of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring in onderhoud van industriële installaties. Gretige juniorprofielen komen zeker ook in aanmerking!
- Je hebt een goede basis in industriële elektrische installaties.
- Ervaring met onderhoud aan (grote) motoren, stoomketels of grote energie-installaties is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt interesse in hernieuwbare energie en duurzaam ondernemen.
- Je bent een enthousiaste kracht die zowel zelfstandig als in team het verschil maakt. Je neemt graag initiatief, pakt de zaken met beide handen aan en werkt stipt en nauwkeurig.
- Je levert uitstekende bediening aan de klanten en bouwt zo aan een vertrouwensband met hen: op jou kunnen ze rekenen!
- Je werkt steeds volgens de veiligheidsinstructies.
- Je bezit een rijbewijs B. Attesten van vorkheftruckbestuurder en hoogwerker, alsook een VCA-attest zijn pluspunten.
- Je bent graag op de baan (voornamelijk in West-Vlaanderen), met uitvalsbasissen in Oostende en Brugge.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans en/of Engels is een meerwaarde.
